Champagne and Berries Cocktail

Lisa Marie tells us her Champagne and berries tea, makes one of her most beloved Tea Cocktails. She makes this sensual tea with White Pai Mu Tan leaves, which she spritzes with Champagne over three days, and then infuses with cherries, blackberries, hibiscus, rose hips and blueberries. 

Ingredients                            

  • 2 J’enwey Tea Champagne and Berries Silk Sachets
  • 1 ounce of simple syrup
  • Your favorite Champagne
  • Freshly sliced strawberries

Instructions

  1. Infuse tea bags with simple syrup
  2. Strain into flute
  3. Top with champagne
  4. Garnish with strawberries 
  5. Raise a glass and toast to love
