For those of you who loved Back Bay’s Post 390, don’t fret. The Himmel Hospitality Group is filling the space with something New England fresh – The Grand Banks Fish House. Expected to open July 21st, Chef Robert Sisca of Bistro du Midi has cast a menu full of fresh seafood that is not only delicious, but aesthetically, pretty darn good looking!

Beverage Manager, Jason Percival, gave us a sneak peek at the cocktail list with his Beach Rose Gin Fizz. It is the quintessential cocktail for a beach party. Jason infuses gin with beach roses from a local forager, creating a lovely cordial. Lime, egg whites, and club soda complete this ultimate beach-themed beverage. If you want to try to duplicate the recipe and can’t infuse your own gin, Jason recommends a drop or two of rose water.

But honestly, why bother making it at home when Jason has done such a great job. You’ll soon find us sipping one soon at the restaurant’s creatively named, “Three Sheets” bar – we promise not to go belly up. 🤪😂
