Hello, Memorial Day weekend! We have so many things to celebrate; the start of the summer season, the love of our friends and family, the sacrifices made for our freedom, and the commitment of those who do the right thing for our community. 

We have a refreshing cocktail recipe to salute those who have stood up for what is right and for those who continue to do so. This delicious “Lazy Paloma” will be one of the featured cocktails at the June 3rd “Just Cause” event, an event hosted at the Boston Button Factory, featuring art by Ari Hauben to support the Community First Project. The Lazy Paloma with Codigo Tequila

INGREDIENTS

• 1.5 Oz. Codigo Blanco Tequila
• .5 Oz. Fresh Lime Juice
• 4 Oz. Grapefruit Soda

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Fill your favorite highball glass with ice.
2. Pour in Codigo Tequila and lime juice.
3. Top with grapefruit soda.
4. Raise your glass for a cheer and enjoy!
