This Friday restaurant consultant, Jean Marie Manning, has handed us one of her fabulous cocktail recipes to chase away the cold with rum, Gran Marnier, and a few other special ingredients.

Her delightful concoction, Hemingway’s Vision, is the perfect fall cocktail. The main ingredient is Papa Pilar Dark rum, which was inspired by Hemingway’s appetite for adventure.

A wonderful little tidbit of information, The Hemingway Estate plans to donate 100% of their royalty profits to organizations that “embody the likes of adventure, literacy and conservation causes dear to Hemingway and his heirs”.
