We’re lucky to have such cool friends! Restaurant consultant and Divine Cocktailer, Jean Marie Manning, just made the cocktail portion of our holiday planning a lot simpler! The brilliant mixologist has three tasty and easy cocktail recipes that we can make ahead of time for our guests (or just for our own personal enjoyment). 😉 Thanks Jean Marie, you just made our holidays a little bit easier and a lot more fun!

This week I wanted to feature some excellent and easy products that make terrific mixers! The Owl’s Brew Mixers make it fun and easy to enjoy the holidays! We have three cocktail recipes that are sure to get everyone in the holiday mood, making everyone merry and bright! The best part is all of these drinks can easily be made into larger batches, meaning when your guests arrive you enjoy a cocktail with them, rather than being stuck playing bartender.

2 parts Owl’s Brew – Grapefruit Collins (Fresh-Brewed Lemon Verbena with Black Pepper & Grapefruit).
1 part MALFY Con Limone Gin (Divine Cocktailers choice)

  1. Blend all ingredients in a shaker and shake.
  2. Strain over an ice packed Collins glass.
  3. Garnish with a thick lemon zest!

2 parts Owl’s Brew – Salted Caramel Toddy (Fresh-Brewed White Tea & Black Tea with Sea Salt & Caramel).
1 part Buffalo Trace Bourbon (Divine Cocktailer’s choice)

  1. Over low heat in a saucepan, combine the 2 parts Salted Caramel Toddy by Owl’s Brew and 1 part Buffalo Trace Bourbon.
  2. Stir every few minutes.
  3. Once warmed sever in a tempered glass.
  4. Feel free to add classic garnishes, or enjoy on its own!

This is amazing in large punch bowl style batches with fresh fruit and dried cranberries.

2 parts Owl’s Brew – Mulling Spices (Fresh-Brewed Mulling Spices with Cranberries & Apples).
1 part Sculpterra Pinot Noir (Divine Cocktailer’s choice)

  1. Blend all ingredients over ice in a wine glass and stir.
  2. Garnish with dried cranberries, lemon, and lime zest.

Enjoy and happy holidays!

The Divine Cocktailer,  Jean Marie Manning
